Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing property consultancy to recruit a Commercial Surveyor / Commercial Agent for its Surrey office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded team and work across a diverse range of commercial property instructions, including agency, landlord & tenant, investment and development property. About the Role
The successful candidate will work across a varied commercial property portfolio, advising landlords, occupiers, investors and developers throughout the South East.
You will be involved in acquisitions, disposals and lettings, whilst also gaining exposure to landlord & tenant matters including lease renewals and rent review negotiations. This is a hands-on role where you'll have direct client contact, responsibility for managing instructions and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering successful property transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and lettings of commercial property.
- Managing agency instructions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Undertaking property inspections, viewings and market appraisals.
- Negotiating heads of terms and progressing transactions.
- Supporting landlord & tenant matters, including lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Preparing reports, recommendations and market insights for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting with business development and networking activities.
What They're Looking For
- Experience within commercial property, ideally within agency, landlord & tenant or general practice surveying.
- MRICS qualified, recently qualified, or currently working towards APC qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
- Professional, motivated and ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
