You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with a track record of promoting from within, offering clear scope to progress to Director level.
The Opportunity
You will be involved across the full industrial & logistics spectrum, working on high-quality instructions for leading landlords, developers and occupiers, including:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Development and refurbishment advice
- Occupier representation
- Asset strategy and repositioning
Your Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key agency instructions
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with institutional and developer clients
- Drive new business generation and fee growth
- Provide strategic advice across the South West industrial market
- Collaborate nationally on larger, high-profile mandates
About You
We're keen to speak with commercially driven agents who can demonstrate:
- Circa minimum of 2+ years' experience in industrial / logistics agency
- A proven track record of billing and winning work
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
- MRICS (preferred, not essential)
- Ambition to progress within a leading industrial platform
