I'm currently working with a leading property consultancy that's expanding its rural estate management portfolio and looking to bring in a talented Chartered Surveyor into their growing Northamptonshire team. About the Role:
You'll be joining a team of experienced property professionals delivering a wide range of rural surveying services. This includes:
- Estate and property portfolio management
- Strategic advice to landowners and farmers
- Valuations, agency, and rural grant applications
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Compensation and national framework contracts
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage your own portfolio, and work closely with internal specialists across planning, development, energy, and natural capital.
