This is a position for an MRICS Building Surveyor with at least 1 year PQE but they will consider anyone up to senior level. The role will be support the Building Surveying Director and team providing high standard project delivery, liaising closely with clients to provide the best possible service and building and reinforcing the companies reputation in the market.
The role is working with public and private sector clients so an solid knowledge of both sides of the fence would be beneficial in this position. It is essential that you have excellent technical knowledge as the role will encompass all aspects of professional and project driven building surveying including, contract administration, project management, party wall matters, building pathology and dilapidations.
The team is made up of around 10 building surveyors with a wealth of experience between them, they are a supportive team working collaboratively to deliver the best possible service and results for their clients. This is a role where you will get the autonomy to run projects and take the lead as well as getting the continual ongoing support and CPD you need to progress your own career.
