Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Building/Maintenance Manager on behalf of a Private Family Office.
The role is based on a large, diverse estate in Wales, on which number of business operate from, including farming, property letting and a caravan park. The portfolio on the estate is vast and includes many farmhouses and farm buildings and over 100 residential properties.
The successful candidate will need to have a sound experience on managing projects and working on refurbishments on a variety of assets and an interest in the revitalisation of old buildings. You will also need to have experience of managing a team and annual budgets of around £1m.
You will also be responsible for managing contractors and carrying out annual property inspections. Working relationships are also a key part of the role and you'll need to be able to build and maintain these with the family and other Property professionals on the estate.
