From developers and landowners to local authorities and housebuilders, they collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver planning consents for some of the most exciting schemes in the built environment across the UK.


The role will offer the right candidate a great career opportunity to work within a busy, successful growing team in Central London. Successful candidates will work on a variety of really quite interesting projects - large and small, specialising in complex science/pharmaceutical projects, other commercial schemes and defence related schemes.

The ideal candidate will be either at Associate or Associate Director grade, with the ability to lead on projects, manage the work output of junior members of the team. Due to the significant order book that the team has, there is no immediate requirement for any work winning activity, but the desire to be involved in business development activities in the future would be a positive attribute.

* Prepare advice to clients;
* Working both alone and with team members to develop planning strategies; to prepare programmes and review information;
* Drafting and/or reviewing reports, co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications/ appeals and representations.
* Supporting business development opportunities
* Providing planning advice to clients and attending meetings

* A keen interest in planning and development;
* A client-focussed outlook
* Full RTPI membership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical ability;
* Self-motivated;
