Our client is a global property consultancy, together we are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for a home-based role cover a portfolio of properties in the North West.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager you will support with the day to day operational running of a mixed-use portfolio. You will be responsible for regularly site inspections and ensuring compliance across each site.
The key focus of the role will be on providing high standards of service delivery across all aspects of facilities management whilst dealing with any demands from the tenants tenants.
- Contractor management (Hard and Soft Services) and management of permits
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Assist with procurement and tendering process
- Act as first point of contact for all tenants
- Oversee planned maintenance and site audits
- Assist with project management
- Assist with service charge budget preparation and management
- Obtain contractor quotes
The successful candidate will be a client facing individual with basic knowledge of H&S legislation. Previous experience of working within a Facilities Management role is preferred, ideally across multiple sites.
Please note this role requires a full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
As this is primarily a home-based role, we are seeking a candidate with excellent time management skills with the ability to work confidently alone. My client will provide training where necessary.
