Our client is a Real Estate and Facilities Consultancy with a portfolio of investment clients across the UK and globally. We are seeking a customer service biased Assistant Facilities Manager to be based at a key, multi tenanted, commercial building in the City.
You will take responsibility for the day to day management of all FM services on site whilst acting a first point of contact to all tenants. You will also ensure that H&S compliance is adhered to. Other responsibilities include assisting with project management of building improvements and assisting the FM with procurement projects. Most importantly we are seeking a candidate with a proven background in a client facing role and the ability to communication at all levels.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a multi tenanted building environment. Ideally you will hold an IOSH and be a member of BIFM. You must be a customer service focused individual with experience of working with corporate clients.
