The successful candidates will be a recently chartered surveyor (one to three years PQE) or an Assistant Surveyor with at least 12-months' consultancy experience working towards their APC training. Preferably, but not essentially, you will have NHS estate knowledge particularly with strategic estates management or sustainability specialisms.
