Beach Baker is currently working with a leading commercial managing agent to recruit an Assistant Building Manager for a Grade 2 listed property near Chancery Lane. The building is home to a number of office tenants and a conference & events venue.
This person will work alongside a Senior Facilities Manager to assist in the day to day operations of the building with duties including tenant liaison, contractor management, ensuring health & safety compliance and assisting in the management of annual service charge budgets.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior facilities experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with excellent communication and customer service skills. An understanding of Health & Safety legislation and the technical aspects of building management would be an advantage, as would a qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
