Join a Growing Commercial Property Team
My client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Agency Surveyor to join there successful property consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surveyor to work across a diverse commercial property portfolio, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and investment opportunities.
As an Agency Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while helping to grow market presence and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the acquisition, disposal, and letting of commercial properties.
- Advise landlords, occupiers, investors, and developers on property transactions.
- Conduct property inspections and market appraisals.
- Negotiate heads of terms and progress transactions through to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic property advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across surveying, valuation, and property management teams.
About You
- Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualified.
- Previous experience in commercial agency, investment, or general practice surveying.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and win instructions.
- Commercially aware with excellent market knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence.
