The team includes specialists in office, industrial, and retail property, supported by professionals in investment, town planning, development, healthcare and medical, roadside, charities, airports, leisure, and leasehold reform. With their property management teams overseeing more than 1,000 assets across various sectors throughout the UK.
They are an independently owned business with 20 Equity Partners committed to delivering exceptional service.
Due to expansion, my client is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support their dynamic agency teams based in London and South London. This varied role involves a mix of responsibilities, including:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conducting property inspections and viewings
- Managing applicant enquiries and client relationships
- Supporting and implementing marketing campaigns
- Handling general agency duties across a diverse portfolio
You will work with a range of property types, including warehouse and logistics spaces as well as development sites.
My client are looking for a qualified MRICS Surveyor with the following desirable attributes:
- A current understanding of key property owners and occupiers within the region
- Insight into emerging markets relevant to their local area or town
- Awareness of current legislation impacting the construction, development, marketing, and leasing of commercial properties
- Familiarity with the latest and most effective sales and marketing strategies
The role will involve:
- Client Relationship Management
Deliver a professional, knowledgeable service to both existing and prospective clients in the disposal and acquisition of commercial properties and development sites.
Lead the marketing of both available properties and the company's services to ensure maximum visibility and understanding among current and potential clients.
Monitor and manage fees and associated costs to ensure timely processing and alignment with income and profitability targets.
