My client specialises in Market Comparables, Research and Mapping Tools for the commercial property sector (core market of commercial surveying firms). With a proven product, fast growing (80+) list of clients and great team (including former Chartered Surveyors and Plc Directors from online property platforms) you will join the business at an exciting time.

- Arrange meetings with decision makers at surveying firms in London/Rest of UK for the Senior Business Development Manager and CEO
- Support the creation of sales and marketing material and contribute ideas to product and marketing teams
- Manage an existing client database and source new contacts to increase sales pipeline
- Self-generate sales opportunities through cold calls and referrals from existing clients
The successful candidate will ideally possess experience working in the commercial property sector, either as a leasing agent or in business development. Experience of working to sales targets and a University degree at 2:1 or above is also required.
