After gaining her degree in Bristol, Ruth began her recruitment career in 2006 and has gained a wealth of experience in both permanent and interim recruitment. Ruth has worked for one the leading property recruiters in the UK building up their town planning desk, here she gained excellent market knowledge and formed lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ruth is a senior consultant at the expert team at Beach Baker and recruits town planning professionals, ranging from graduates to equity partners in both the public and private sectors. Ruth has a diverse client base including large international property consultancies, planning consultancies, environmental and transportation consultancies, developers, house builders and local authorities.
