Rupert Stuart Baker said to mark the milestone "It’s 15 years since I started at Beach Baker! I’ve had many ups and downs during that time. I’ve made mistakes and faced some big challenges but we’ve come through as a leaner and stronger business looking to an exciting future.

The decision to focus on property and become a niche specialist firm was the right one. It creates a great team culture, focus on long term relationships and creates opportunity to be an expert recruiter in a specific area.
