Beach Baker expands its General Practice and Rural teams with two new appointments

Beach Baker Ltd, expert recruitment consultancy for the real estate sector, is expanding its General Practice and Rural consultancy teams with two key appointments in Bristol and London.

James Corcoran joins as Managing Consultant at Beach Baker’s Bristol office, responsible for recruiting within the South West and Midlands General Practice and Rural surveying markets. James brings a wealth of expertise to the team, having previously spent eleven years working for a global recruitment company. 

Dhruve Patel joins as Consultant in the London office, having previously worked for an international recruitment consultancy. He has been appointed to service client instructions throughout London and the South East region.

James and Dhruve will specialise in placing RICS qualified surveyors for retained clients, including global property consultancies, property companies, developers, asset managers, corporates, charities, REITs and institutions. Specific areas of expertise include Agency, Asset Management, Corporate Real Estate, Development, Investment, Landlord & Tenant, Property & Estate Management, Rating, Rural and Valuation.
