Valuation - Senior Surveyor

£50k - £60k base plus car and bonus
My client is an independent multi-practice firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Central London. They are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to cover valuations across both Commercial and Residential.
The commercial valuations team is one of the fastest-growing within the company, so this is an exciting time to join.
They have extensive experience in providing the following services:
- Retail Valuation
- Office Valuation
- Industrial Valuation
- Mixed-Use Valuation
My client is also looking for someone who has had exposure to residential valuation, which might cover:
- Apartments
- Houses
- Residential Blocks
- Student Accommodation
- Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
- PRS Schemes
- Properties with Secure Tenancies
Due to the expansion of the Valuations Department, an opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor, either experienced or recently qualified.
- Registered Valuer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for detail, a commitment to excellence and developing strong client relationships.
- Positive attitude, fun and willing to learn with and to develop the team.
My client is looking for someone who has valuation experience, but also driven to network and business develop.
