Senior Surveyor/Associate - Leisure
£45k-£60k base plus car
My client is looking in their Leisure team which offers a fascinating range of opportunities for professionals looking to specialize in the operational trading assets of the leisure industry. The team's extensive experience, diverse client base, and recognition in the industry make it an attractive place to work and build a career.
This role would suit someone who has strong general practice experience, with exposure to Landlord and Tenant, rating and valuation.
So, what will you be doing?
Provide First-Rate Advice: Offer expert advice to clients in the leisure industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational trading assets. This includes conducting thorough research, analysis, and preparing well-written reports to communicate recommendations effectively.
Build Relationships with Key Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the leisure sector. Understand their specific needs and business objectives to provide tailored advice and exceptional service.
Supervise and Mentor Junior Team Members: Take on a supervisory role, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Support their professional development and help them excel in their roles.
Business Development: Contribute to the business development efforts of the Leisure team. Identify potential clients, establish new relationships, and promote the services offered. Look for opportunities to expand the team's involvement in other parts of the business.
You must hold the MRICS qualification and be a Registered Valuer

It's an impressive portfolio of clients, covering a wide range of sectors such as hotels, pubs/bars, cinemas, bingo, health & fitness clubs, nightclubs/late-night venues, gambling, sports stadiums, and visitor attractions.
The team offers a range of services including valuation, consultancy, and transactional support. These services cater to both owners and operators within the leisure industry, serving a broad spectrum of clients from blue-chip companies to independent organizations.
