Property and Asset Management Senior Surveyor London

Salary: £45,000 Plus Car Allowance Plus Bonus Plus benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. This is a replacement role following an internal move. The role is based within this strong and successful property and asset management team - working closely with leading institutional clients.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing full property management and asset management consultancy services. The portfolio is predominantly commercial properties for prestigious sites within London and the south.

This is a strong and dynamic team that works extremely closely with the institutional clients and you can be assured that you enjoy a strong working relationship with these on a daily basis. Due to the importance of these clients, the firm wishes to attract a talented property and asset management senior surveyor to join the team.

Carrying out the instructions of the client, you will undertake a range of duties, from liaising with the client to managing the properties; handling day to day enquiries; selecting 3rd party providers and assisting with client reporting.
