Job Description

Do you want to work for a World leading International Property Consultancy? Are you a Residential Project Manager looking to take your career up a notch?

If so then this is the role for you, you will be working on a diverse of High-End Residential properties from concept through to completion with a emphasis on the project delivery of multiple properties. In this Senior position you will take the lead on the projects in your portfolio liaising with the clients, contractors, designers etc to ensure the project is delivered on time, in budget and to the highest possible quality standard for the client. The projects are working with a leading property development client enabling you to be right at the forefront of the industry and utilising your skills and experience.

You will be assisting the director in a range of tasks and running the project from the frontline.

  • Establishment of Processes for the projects
  • Producing project plans
  • Client liaison
  • Monitoring and documenting project processes and changes
  • Preparation of presentation materials
  • Management of Assistant/Project Managers

Ideally you will be qualified in Property Project Management or Surveying with extensive experience working on Luxury Residential Projects.
