Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
Our client, a small and dynamic professional consultancy, are looking for an Senior Project Manager/Associate Designate to join their London office. Established less than 20 years ago, this is an excellent opportunity to join a young company at a period of growth.
A highly regarded organisation, having won numerous awards in previous years, they provide Project Management, Building Surveying, Architectural and Cost Management. They cover services across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Leisure and Healthcare. There will be an emphasis on undertaking Residential and Retail work as they have undertaken some exciting projects in these sectors.
As Senior Project Manager/Associate Designate, your main purpose will be to deliver projects to the clients within the timescales and to the quality expected. You will be required to take sole responsibility for client management and relations. The successful candidate will work closely with the clients to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and on going management processes for the project.
The candidate will be professional qualified ideally RICS, RIBA, or MICE. Our client is particularly interested in hearing of candidates with Retail and Commercial experience, who have a proven track record of managing own successful projects in the construction industry, with experience predominantly in the UK.
