Job Description

Beach Baker is currently working with a leading UK managing agent to recruit a Facilities Manager for a prominent 380,000 square foot commercial estate close to Charing Cross. Tenants include a high profile corporate occupier and multiple retailers.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the site whilst regularly liaising with occupiers as the principal contact for advice and guidance on the physical operation of the building. They will oversee contractors on site, ensuring health & safety compliance and assist with the preparation and management of annual service charge budgets. The FM will work closely with the property management team to assist in the financial management of the property and report any occupier issues that need to be addressed.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in facilities / estates management, preferably from a managing agent background. They should also have a good understanding of major incident management / disaster recovery, project management and be confident in dealing with large corporate occupiers.
