This reputable firm, established over 10 years ago, have a small team and therefore pride themselves on their 'family feel' and non-corporate environment. The candidate will be the 'number 2' in the office, by assisting the director in driving the business forward. You will be managing the junior members of the team whilst also handling your own portfolio of clients, which will be predominantly project-based instructions.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Business Development
- Managing and maintaining your own client portfolio
- Report writing
- Managing the junior team
The candidate will preferably be an MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor, and have at least 3 years' PQE in the consultancy field. Furthermore, the determined post-holder will be capable of managing a team and consequently be both flexible and able to work autonomously. Finally, the candidate should be ambitious and be keen to have a crucial role in this expanding consultancy.
In return, the candidate will be competitively salaried, dependent on experience. Furthermore, they will be provided with exceptional progression opportunities.
