Job Title: Senior Associate Building Surveyor
Location: Central London/South London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience).
Our client, a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join one of their offices in Central and South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that have become a major integrated architectural, property and construction consultancy delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.
Established over 40 years ago, they focus on delivering new build housing ranging from affordable to high quality sale products, but also deliver services in the education and commercial sectors. This opportunity provides for the chance to get involved in some lucrative projects ranging in value from £2 million to £150 million.
Due to continuing growth, they are looking for a Senior to Associate level Building Surveyor to further enhance their current Building Surveying team's in two of their offices. As Senior Associate, your key objectives include implementing and managing the companies polices in relation to Business Strategy, Financial Management, Technical Management and Marketing strategy.
The Senior Associate will also be expected to liaise with clients, in respect of policy and technical matters, programming of work, both output and financial, to ensure job profitability and the meeting of cashflow projections.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with excellent technical ability and strong communication and management skills and up to date knowledge. In addition, you will have wide experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills.
