MRICS Rural Surveyor, Kent, Up to £50,000 pa (DOE) + plus car allowance, healthcare cover, pension scheme and 26 days holiday

An independent property consultancy that specialise in utilises and infrastructure is looking for a MRICS Rural Surveyor. With a network of offices throughout the UK and excellent clients and relationships in place they are well placed to capitalise on the future upturn.

Beach Baker are instructed to recruit a Chartered Surveyor with at least 2 years post qualified experience to be based out of their office Kent offices. You will be a key member of a forward thinking and dynamic team and will be offered fantastic career progression.

A market leader in this sector you will be involved in negotiating land deals, compensation claims, site finding and wayleaves as well as other aspects of commercial and rural surveying. This role is by no means a traditional utilities role incorporating transaction and professional work. People with a knowledge or background in agriculture or rural surveying would be of advantage but this is not essential if you have the ability to learn quickly and adapt on your feet. From day one you will be looking after large clients covering the South of England, Midlands and Further North and will be out the office 2/3 days a week on site. Since their establishment the business has grown year on year and have excellent growth plans in place and are in a market leading position.
