An exciting new role with a large, diverse, property firm has arisen for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
Working within the property management arm of this growing business, you will hold operational FM responsibilities for a portfolio of circa 25 buildings in the West Midlands region.
Reporting to the Area Manager and working alongside the surveying team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the portfolio. Your role will involve building relationships with tenants and clients whilst managing the FM supply chain and ensuring compliance across all sites. Working as part of the property management team, together it is your responsibility to retain tenants and safeguard the value of their property assets. Other responsibilities include; direct line management responsibilities for site based Building Managers, ensuring contractor performance/compliance, conducting regular site inspections and setting the annual service charge budgets.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in working within a property management environment with a strong understanding of service charge budget management and lease knowledge. We are seeking a candidate with solid multi-site experience and proven staff management experience. You will be a strong communicator; NEBOSH qualified and be a member of BIFM.
