Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Facilities Administrator who is fluent in German to join the facilities team on-site at a German banking company in its City office.
This person will be required to provide an excellent reception service for the organisation, including welcoming visitors, booking meeting rooms and acting as a central information point. They will also be expected to take a proactive approach to visitor management, ensure a professional and welcoming reception area is maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience of working in a busy and professional reception, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. They must also be fluent in written and spoken German. Previous experience working for a property or facilities management provider would be beneficial.
