Beach Baker is currently working with a well-known charitable organisation to recruit a Quality Assurance Assistant within its Property & Facilities team, based in South East London close to Elephant & Castle. This is a full time permanent position working 35hrs a week (Monday to Friday), with a competitive salary and benefits package provided.
The Quality Assurance Assistant will be required to manage the data and information systems, provide support in all quality-related matters, and assist in managing the complaints process.
Duties will also include general administration, answering telephone enquiries, processing documents, and scheduling meetings.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy will have prior experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a property setting. They should also have strong communication skills and intermediate to advanced IT skills in MS Office. Previous use of Visio would be desirable.
