Beach Baker Property Recruitment is currently working with a global commercial real estate firm to recruit a Portfolio Administrator in its corporate solutions team.
This person will support the management and administration of a retail portfolio on behalf of a large corporate client. This will include the day to day administration of the properties, dealing with tenant and landlord enquiries, credit control, requesting updates to the clients billing system, reviewing and approving monthly rent, service charge and insurance postings. In addition, they will be the primary contact for a Shared Services team to support the data management and audit processes on the account.
The ideal candidate for this role will be degree qualified with 2-3 years' experience in a similar commercial property administration role. Candidates should be highly proactive with excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
