Beach Baker is currently working with a leading managing agent to recruit a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of four commercial properties in Staines and the surrounding area.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the buildings including; tenant liaison, contractor management, health & safety compliance and preparation and management of the annual service charge budgets. Other responsibilities will involve negotiation of contractor agreements and implementation of environmental initiatives.
The successful candidate should hold excellent knowledge of the budget process with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage tenant and client relationships. Previous experience working for a managing agent is desirable, and candidates must have a proven track record in managing hard and soft services with contract management skills and an understanding of BMS / HVAC systems.
