Beach Baker is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of prestigious multi-tenanted office & retail buildings for a leading property consultancy in the West End.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the buildings including tenant liaison, contractor management, health & safety compliance and preparation and management of the annual service charge budgets. Other responsibilities will involve negotiating contractor agreements and implementing environmental initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-site Facilities Manager with service charge budget experience from a managing agent environment. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage tenant and client relationships. BIFM membership and IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable.
