Job Description

My client is a large multi discipline consultancy with a focus within the government sector. A FM Technical Services Manager is required to support the Head of Technical Services and Asset Management in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a large, central London portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain, managing planned preventative maintenance, ensuring all contractors are fully compliant and producing managed reports with recommendations for change and improvements.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised electrical or mechanical engineering qualification as well as a H&S qualification. You will be self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.

You must have a good working knowledge of CAFM systems and a proven background in ensuring statutory compliance.
