Beach Baker is delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading independent food wholesalers in their search for a Facilities Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will be responsible for the day to day operational running of over 50 warehouse sites across the UK. Based at the Head office in West London, you will take ownership for all planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio, whilst ensuring compliance, contractor management and managment of the helpdesk. You will also assist with the residential investment portfolio when required.
The successful candidate will have previous FM experience within a multi-site, client side environment, preferably retail. A proven background on contractor management and procurement is essential, as is the ability to understand landlord/lease responsibilities. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
