Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed by a leading Infrastructure company based in Hampshire.
The role will require an Estate Management Surveyor to manage a niche portfolio of assets, responsible for carrying out a wide range of estate management activities across the estate. You will play an important part of the Estates team, facilitating growth through revenue generating opportunities.
You'll also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Agents and key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Transactional work will also play some part of the role, managing strategic site acquisitions and disposals, along with a caseload of Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will have their MRICS qualification, with a proven Estate Management record and a detailed knowledge of Property Law and Dispute resolution. Furthermore, Valuation experience is desirable but not essential.
