Our client is a global provider of professional and facilities management services with a variety of government style contracts across the UK.
Due to recent expansion, my client is seeking an Estate Improvement Technical Analyst to be based in Wiltshire but support the contract on a national basis.
Reporting to the Estates Technical Manager, you will review and produce reports on all hard services estate trends. You will analyse activity across the estate looking at ways that improvements can be made in a variety of ways including changes in servicing regimes and new products.
The successful candidate will have a background in managing Hard FM operations, with proven experience in managing planned maintenance schedules. You will ideally be NEBOSH qualified and have an analytical approached to maintenance management. The ability to process information, produce reports and make recommendations for change is essential.
