COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER - ASSOCIATE MANCHESTER

c£45,000 basic salary plus car allowance plus bonus plus full benefits package

Beach Baker is pleased to continue to work with a leading private practice consultancy which is looking to recruit a commercial property manager at Associate level into its friendly team in central Manchester.

You will immediately enjoy direct client interaction and manage a team of 3 property managers. You will work with a number of key clients, which will include property companies and institutional funds and the firm boasts some leading client names in the market.

You will undertake the full range of property management responsibilities, which will include strategic review of the portfolios and due diligence for acquisition and disposals.

You will have excellent communication skills in order to have direct client contact and prepare client reports.

Other responsibilities will include:-

  • Managing rental income
  • Rent review and lease renewals
  • Consents to assign, sub-let and alter
  • Property inspections
  • Working with landlords and tenant
  • Service charge management
  • Liaising with external agents and solicitors

My client is looking to attract and experienced property manager, who has managed teams. You will be confident in managing service charge budgets (including preparation and reconciliations) and ensuring tenant compliance with leases.
