What you'll do:
- Be the mastermind behind the day-to-day operations of the commercial portfolio.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly by keeping lease agreements in check, maintaining high standards, and prioritising tenant satisfaction.
- Build trust and lasting relationships with property owners and tenants - you're the glue that holds everything together!
- Manage service charge budgets, overseeing production and keeping a close eye on financial performance.
- Oversee lease agreements, handling rent reviews and renewals with expertise.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify areas for improvement, and champion sustainable practices.
