Job Title: Client side Project Manager - Industrial - Development

Location: Slough

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client, a leading property investment and development organisation, are looking for a Project Manager to join their Slough office. This is a lucrative and rare opportunity for a Project Manager to join a company that prides itself on their unrivaled reputation for delivering their client's aspirations.

The successful candidate will join the Development team helping deliver warehouse and industrial properties on time, in budget and within specification. You will also be expected to manage and motivate third parties to deliver the projects - proactively managing risks and solving problems.

You will be responsible for delivering targeted pre-let schemes consisting of two parcel distribution units and hotel development with a construction value of £25m. You will be expected to liaise with the asset and leasing teams and have the ability to manage external contractors and identify risks and proactively find solutions to problems.

It is essential that you have a degree or professional construction related qualification. You will ideally be MRICS qualified or possess an Institute of Project Management professional qualification. On offer is a very competitive salary, package and excellent progression opportunities.
