Job Title: Estates Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Our client, a prestigious visitor attraction, are looking for an Estates Project Manager, to join their Estates team based out of Central London.This is a great opportunity to deliver a range of projects which may be focused on infrastructure improvement or aimed at the maintenance, conservation and repair of buildings and landscapes.

The successful candidate will ensure all projects meet the relevant statutory requirements and are fully compliant with all corporate policies and procedures. You will ensure projects are carried out in accordance with the Estates project management methodology, including effective management of risks, issues, changes and dependencies, effective communication, and a collaborative working approach with stakeholders.

As Project Manager, you will have a significant experience of delivering simultaneous projects, with a minimum value of £500k, within a property and/or building services/ infrastructure environment. You will have familiarity with the RIBA plan of work (2013) and CDM (2015) regulations. You will also have a property or construction related degree.
