Beach Baker is delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading independent wholesalers to recruit a Facilities Manager in its West London head office.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will be responsible for the day to day operational running of over 60 depot sites across the UK as well as the head office itself. You will take ownership for all planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio, whilst ensuring compliance and managing the facilities helpdesk.
The successful candidate will have previous FM experience within a multi-site, client-side environment. A proven background on contractor management and procurement is essential as is the ability to understand landlord/lease responsibilities. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
