A successful firm of chartered surveyors are exclusively working with Beach Baker to recruit an additional surveyor within their busy office.
This company established 25-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of building surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business principally working with Residential and Commercial buildings (many are listed properties).
The role will predominantly involve working on residential block maintenance, flats planned maintenance, house purchase surveys, insurance works, dilapidations, party wall, contract administration and project management.
The majority of instructions are located in Gloucestershire or immediate surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will need to be chartered (MRICS), and ideally, living within 45-minutes from Gloucestershire. Relocators to the local area will also be considered.
