Title: Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, are looking for a Building Surveyor and Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office. This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent consultancy working within Property, Infrastructure and Construction.

The successful candidates will join a Building Surveying team on a range of projects predominantly for clients in the Public Sector (Education, Healthcare, Defence, Utilities). This is an exciting opportunity to develop within a dynamic team supported by a medium sized consultancy with over 10 offices across the UK.

Both candidates will ideally have a minimum 2 years experience of building maintenance work, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings. You will have knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications. You will have a relevant HND/Degree level qualification.
