Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded and well-established private practice firm to attract a general practice rural surveyor to join its successful team in a senior position. The firm is renowned for its good reputation and for being a successful and pleasant co-operation.

This large and highly successful firm is formed of several well-run and successful offices, each of which has a friendly culture - as enjoyed by independent firms - and is hugely prosperous in its location.

Due to the firm's commitment to structured succession planning, it has now outlined two senior expansion positions in the firm, one of which will be based in Huntingdon. This is a senior appointment within the team for an experienced individual who has gravitas and is MRICS with a minimum of 4 years' experience and as many more years as individuals can bring to the role.

The firm is keen to attract experienced rural surveyors with energy and passion who they can positively immerse into the existing teams and it can offer potential guaranteed bonus for the first year to assist with your transition into the business.

This private practice has a large presence in the rural sector and is hugely successful both in the UK and overseas and, as limited partnership, offers a unique opportunity for individuals to become an owning member of the firm, with equity opportunities structured into the firm's strategic 5-year plan. You will assist the firm's clients - both private and corporate - to maximise their rural assets through providing professional advice across estate management, planning and development and valuations.

You will be very professional in appearance and manner and your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships and enjoy working as part of this friendly and successful operation.
