£65,000 - £68,000 (flexible) plus Bonus plus Full Benefits package

Beach Baker has been asked to assist a leading specialist private practice to recruit an Associate Director to join its busy London team.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with your clients across a range of large infrastructure development schemes, providing development consultancy advice. You will work within a strong, highly talented team and, as an Associate will be expected to undertake a range of development consultancy advice which will include feasibility studies, appraisals, budgeting, etc. You will also be required to assist in the preparation of tenders and submissions for new instructions and commissions. You will work with external parties, including solicitors within some of the leading law firms.

You will enjoy working with external teams in the delivery of schemes and being involved in some the largest developments in London currently being planned and undertaken.

This is a very interesting and varied role with a major private practice, based from its London office but you will be out of the office liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Your role will be to run and ensure delivery of large complex development projects. These will include large infrastructure and regeneration schemes.

Candidates should be MRICS and able to exhibit development experience within either a private practice or a developer.

Sites may be subject to Compulsory Purchase Orders and candidates should have a level of understanding and knowledge of CPO issues and an interest in working with such schemes to enable you to negotiate and promotion of CPO powers.

Candidates will be strong communicators and able to present information in an accurate and timely manner.
