A leading construction consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an Assistant Project Manager within their highly profitable office.
The successful candidate will join a growing regional team of project managers in Bristol that has recently secured two new framework agreements to add to their impressive list of existing clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with drive and ability to deliver projects in the Retail, Commercial, Education, and infrastructure sectors. Your daily tasks will involve assisting the team in project support, project management, property asset management, supply chain management, contract negotiation, value engineering, quality control and performance monitoring.
To be considered for this role you must have a relevant construction degree with at least 24-months experience working for a consultancy or contractor. My client is happy to consider candidates from a building surveying or quantity surveyor background who is looking to move in to a project management role. You will also be enrolled on the company's graduate training programme in order to gain full MRICS status where the department has a 100% pass rate.
