Viability Surveyor/Analyst - Client-side, Affordable Housing - London
Base salary £40,000-£50,000 + Guaranteed Bonus
My client are currently recruiting a Viability Surveyor with complex modelling and Microsoft excel skills to join their specialist firm.
This is a significant opportunity for a property analyst to progress their career within a niche investment team that is part of a larger Private Equity Real Estate Group. This company places a strong emphasis on providing an efficient data service tailored to a variety of clients that are acquiring real estate assets on a day to day basis.
Examples of Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the investment/acquisition teams to ensure good standards of cross communication and promotion.
- Reviewing policy documents and writing reports on and advising S106, CIL and affordable housing contributions.
- Developing strong relationships with the clients, Local Authorities, RPs and sub- contractors.
- Reporting recommendations to directors, liaising with solicitors and managing transactions through to successful conclusion
The successful candidate will be degree educated and RICS accredited. Experience/understanding of valuing affordable housing and shared ownership would be beneficial. Strong research skills, experience of creating business plans and critically analysing third party business plans are also required.
