Beach Baker is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a successful niche property consultancy in North Bristol. This role will have a focus on formatting company reports, presentations, letters and other correspondence to a very high standard.
Duties of the role will include:
- Produce correspondence, documents and presentations, and maintain spreadsheets and databases, using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Formatting of highly complex Word documents to a high degree of accuracy.
- Production and amendment of various documents in line with company style guidelines, including market analysis reports, letters, valuations and market surveys.
- General administration including opening and distributing post, taking accurate meeting minutes, providing holiday cover for the support team, organising and maintaining filing systems.
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly computer literate, experienced in all MS Office applications, and be a fast and accurate typist. They should have a meticulous attention to detail, with experience of formatting reports and preparing presentations to a high standard.
