The candidate would be placed within an enthusiastic and varied team, situated in a listed building in the centre of a historic town. Our client is an expanding Prop Co, who own an investment portfolio of over 1000 assets. Consequently, they are the one of the leading companies in their sector, and thus the ambitious candidate would be working within an entrepreneurial company with extremely promising career progression opportunities.
- Acquiring new sites and ensuring their suitability for client requirements
- Report-writing and presentations
- Managing and maintaining the database
- Sales calls
- Negotiating with landlords
- Due-diligence work
Consequently, the successful candidate will have 2 years' experience in a property sales role (i.e. negotiating property deals/Agency), and be an ambitious deal-doer who is motivated by transactional work. The post-holder will be happy to travel around the UK and will preferably have a property-related degree, whilst also being target and commission motivated.
On offer is a salary of £20,000 - £30,000. Additionally, after the qualifying period, the candidate will get a car allowance + bonus + commission + benefits.
