Beach Baker has been instructed by our client to find Estates Manager for a there diverse portfolio in East Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general estates management in- compassing valuation, Landlord and Tennant and general property management. The candidate will ideally be MRICS and have worked in a similar role before. Some exposure to the public sector will be advantageous but not essential. The salary on offer for this role is between £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
