Description
A retail valuation role with a leading international property consultancy is available for a surveyor/senior surveyor in their London office.
You will be responsible for the valuation of UK wide retail properties and sit within the portfolio valuation team.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS and have 2-4 years post qualification experience working within a valuation team. You should have dealt with portfolio valuations as part of your current role. You will need to have a strong attention to detail, an orderly approach to work and a proficient report writer. Previous use of valuation software such as Excel, Circle Investor and Circle Developer would be desirable. The successful candidate will also be able to liaise with clients at all levels, be naturally ambitious and have credible commercial experience.
